The administrative building facade at Skretting Feed Factory is successfully completed!

In a project that reflects technological advancements in exterior finishing, MOE company successfully upgraded the administrative building at Skretting Feed Factory using Kemet Castillo’s cutting-edge insulation coatings. For the facade’s exterior paintwork, advanced insulation techniques from Kemet Castillo were applied. The highlight? The coatings were applied directly onto the cement plaster without the need for putty, aligning with the latest trends in eco-friendly insulation materials.

1. How Was the Finishing Done Without Putty?

After leveling the cement surface (plaster) of the exterior facade, the following application process was carried out:

Two cross-coats of KC Sealer were applied at a rate of 12m²/kg, forming a strong, moisture-resistant priming layer to ensure maximum protection.

Four cross-coats of KC Lastik 25 were then applied at a rate of 8m²/kg, providing comprehensive waterproofing and insulation against humidity, UV rays, heat, friction, and weathering effects. KC Lastik 25 is tintable, enhancing color vibrancy and aesthetic appeal, as shown in the attached images.
